By downloading, installing, or using Typid App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Age Restriction
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Typid App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the app and they must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your data from our systems
4. User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate financial information for the app to function properly
You are responsible for managing your budget and expenses
Unauthorized app modifications (e.g., hacking, reverse-engineering) are prohibited
Using the app for illegal activities is strictly prohibited
5. Financial Advice Disclaimer
Typid App provides tools for tracking finances and is not a substitute for professional financial advice
We do not guarantee financial outcomes based on the use of our app
We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on the app's insights
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Typid App are owned by us and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our app without our prior written consent
7. Future Subscription Terms
If we introduce subscription services in the future:
Clear pricing information will be provided before purchase
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You will be able to manage and cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you:
Violate these Terms
Use the app for illegal purposes
Attempt to circumvent security measures
Engage in abusive behavior toward other users or our team
9. Limitations of Liability
We provide Typid App "as is" without warranties of any kind
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) for the app in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting revised terms in the app or on our website. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts in the Philippines
